This orchestral reduction of Donizetti’s Don Pasquale is aimed for performance using 10 players. A timpani/percussion part is also available and is optional. The number of strings can be increased.

The guitar part in the Act 3 Serenata is arranged for pizzicato strings, and the chorus parts in this same number appear in the wind parts (for productions without a chorus).

The score and parts have rehearsal numbers.

This reduced orchestration has been performed extensively throughout Europe and the USA. Forthcoming performances include Opera Saratoga in 2023.
